Shipping

I ship through USPS within one business day of purchase unless otherwise noted.

This release includes free worldwide shipping while supplies last. Any applicable import duties or fees not collected at checkout are your responsibility.

Cancellations

Email hello@jakefellman.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, I’ll do my best to cancel or change it.

Returns and damaged orders

To request a change-of-mind return, email me with your order number within seven days of delivery. The notebook must be in like-new condition, with the cover and binding undamaged and every page intact, unmarked, and still attached.

If the notebook is unopened and the paper seal is intact, I’ll refund the full purchase price of the returned notebook. If the paper seal is broken, a restocking fee of 15% of your order total applies. This covers the work required to unbind the notebook, inspect every page, apply a new paper seal, and rebind the spiral for a new owner.

You pay return postage in either case. I’ll issue your refund after I receive the notebook back.

If your notebook arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email me with your order number, a description, and clear photos.

For a confirmed problem, I’ll offer a refund or, if I have an equivalent notebook in stock, a replacement. I’ll cover reasonable postage for any required return, with no restocking fee.
